The Executive Council assists the SRC President in the formulation and execution of the policies and programs set out by the SRC in an academic year. It also Implement all decisions of the Parliament unless otherwise stated and acts for and on behalf of the Parliament in matters of emergency and report to the Parliament.
Furthermore, it makes recommendations for the appointment of members of Ad-hoc Committee(s) to the Parliament.

The legislative power of the Students’ Representative Council of Central University is vested in the Parliamentary Council and is exercised in accordance with the SRC Constitution. The Parliamentary Council is the highest decision making body of the University.
The Leadership of the Parliamentary Council are
The Judicial powers of the SRC shall rest in the Judicial Council.
Judicial Council may receive petitions from students or group of students on any mater pertaining to the interpretation of the SRC Constitution and on general issues of conflict.
The Judicial Council may also give advisory opinions to the Executive Council, the Electoral Commission or other Councils of the SRC on any legal issue.

The Dean of Students is responsible for exercising oversight over the Students’ Representative Council.
The Central University statutes establish a student governance arrangement comprising the Dean of Students and the Students’ Representative Council with its Constitution.

There exist the SRC Counsel Advisors that counsel the SRC President in the Performance of his functions. The Council of Advisors considers and advises the SRC President or any other SRC Body in respect of any appointment which is required by the SRC Constitution.
The Council of Advisors also performs such other functions as may be assigned to them by the SRC Constitution
